Disclose information pertaining to the property as required by Residential Property Condition Disclosure Act

Comply with all requirements of the Oklahoma real Estate Liense Code and all applicable statutes and rules.

Obey your specific directions that are not contrary to law

Keep you informed regarding the transaction.
