Buyers:
Wouldn't it be great if there was someone who would be on your side when you are buying a house?
I offer buyer representation in which I will advocate for you throughout the process of purchasing a home. Working for you as a buyer broker, allows me to not only provide you with information, but also advise you as to what that information really means. That way you will have the advantage of my knowledge of Real Estate so that you can make an informed decision.
Give me a call and we can discuss the advantages of having a Realtor in your corner.
Sellers:
Selling your home in the shortest amount of time at the highest price can all hinge on your choice of Realtor. Friends and relatives who "know" real estate may be great, but are they really good business partners? Always interview more than one Realtor and be particular. They should have a marketing stratagy that is consistant with your needs.
Are they ready to work for you as a single party broker or do they want to be a transaction broker that is there to make the sale come together without advocating for either party?
After you talk to the rest give me a call. You can schedule an appointment to see if our business stratagies work together.
In the long run, it's impossible to predict whether rising interest rates will push home prices downward in a particular neighborhood. It's always hazardous to try to time markets, whether in stocks or houses. Your best bet is to time the buying and selling of your home based on your needs, not on what you expect the local housing market to do.
